Prayer Shawl

A small group of keen knitters meet on the first Thursday of each month at 2.00 pm in the Link or the Bottom Committee Room.

We meet to pray together and knit shawls to a simple pattern. The completed shawls are then taken to the sick, bereaved or to those carrying a heavy burden. We hope to link up with the local hospice and provide shawls for both patients and their relatives. This is a wonderful ministry of prayer and compassion.
